Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website baltendu.com and the services offered by Baltendu Educations ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. About the Review
The Personalised IGCSE Essay Writing Review is a 30-minute one-to-one review designed to provide personalised feedback on a student's English Language (0500) or Literature (0475) writing.
The review includes:
Identification of key strengths
Areas for improvement
Practical recommendations for stronger writing and exam performance
The review is intended as academic guidance and does not guarantee specific examination results or grades.
2. Eligibility
The review is intended for students in Grades 9–10 studying Cambridge IGCSE English Language (0500) and/or English Literature (0475).
3. Essay Submission
Parents/students are required to submit one essay before the scheduled review.
Submission requirements:
English Language (0500) or Literature (0475)
PDF format only
Submitted before the scheduled review
Failure to submit the essay before the session may require the review to be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Student/ Parent to provide the accurate and complete information for the review.
4. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and subsequent receipt of the essay.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled review.
Requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled review may not be accommodated.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
The review fee is non-refundable.
If Baltendu Education is unable to conduct the review due to unforeseen circumstances, parents may choose either:
A new review slot, or
A full refund.
7. Confidentiality
All essays and discussions are treated as confidential and are used solely for the purpose of conducting the review.
Student work will not be shared publicly without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The feedback, recommendations, or any notes provided during the session are the intellectual property of Baltendu Education and are intended for the student's personal educational use only.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially shared without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate and meaningful academic guidance, Baltendu does not guarantee specific examination outcomes, grades, or admissions decisions.
